Frequently Asked Questions
We will process and ship all in-stock orders within 1-3 business days. If there are items in your order that are on back-order, we will email you with further details.
If no Design Services are provided, most custom orders can be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. If expedited processing is needed, please Contact Us here.
Where Design Services are utilized, Processing Time remains the same for Custom Orders only once design Proof is approved by customer.
How to Order
- Select desired button size and provide item details (quantity, whether Proof desired, date needed by, added notes)

- Supply image file
For orders that require a Proof, Proofs will be emailed to the email provided with the order and order production will not being until Proof acceptance is received in writing. Full payment is due prior to creating proofs and order production.
Design Services are an additional purchase for those submitting a custom button order. If any edits or designs are needed beyond basic cropping for your custom button order (including but not limited to background changes, color changes, additional text, custom cropping), Design Services will be necessary.
Design Services only includes 2 drafts. At the time of order, please add-on the Design Services option and provide as much detail as possible regarding what you're looking for. A BooBooRoo designer will generate a 1st draft proof and will email to the email address on file for the order. You can then provide feedback for changes and a 2nd draft proof will be generated and emailed. If further drafts are necessary beyond the included 2 drafts, each additional draft will incur an additional fee of $15. You may cancel your button order at any time before production begins, however, Design Service fees are non-refundable.
Not all designs are easy within the printable button space, nonetheless, the BooBooRoo design team will do their best to meet needs. BooBooRoo reserves the right to not provide Design Services for any reason.
Designing Your Own: Specs
1" Button - To manually create your own template, please ensure:
- Safe Printable Area*: 0.9 inches in diameter
- Extend Image To: 1.313 inches in diameter
- Resolution: 300 Pixels Per Inch
1.25" Button - To manually create your own template, please ensure:
- Safe Printable Area*: 1.15" in diameter
- Extend Image To: 1.629" in diameter
- Resolution: 300 Pixels Per Inch
Accepted File Formats: PDF, PSD, AI, JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP, PNG
NOTE: Please flatten or render all fonts in preparing your file for delivery
*Any elements within the printable area will be part of the final button prints.
For any designs and or design elements you provide, you assert that you are the copyright holder of all text and images submitted for custom orders and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BooBooRoo and its employees and agents from all demands, claims, suits, actions, and liabilities.
BooBooRoo will ship orders within the United States and will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage services which includes tracking. Orders are shipped from California and arrival time can range from 3-7 business days after ship date but may be longer due to weather and/or holiday conditions. BooBooRoo is not responsible for shipping delays as a result of shipping carrier delays or due to incorrect mailing address provided in order.
If speedier shipping is needed, USPS Priority shipping is available for an additional charge. This expedited shipping option does NOT include a guarantee of a delivery date. Orders with add-on expedited shipping typically arrive within 1-3 business days from ship date. Select the "Expedited" shipping method during the checkout process. BooBooRoo is not responsible for shipping delays as a result of shipping carrier delays or due to incorrect mailing address provided in order.
BooBooRoo currently only ships to within the United States and does not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. Please check back in the future.
Need to Correct Shipping Address Provided?
If your order has not yet shipped, we will happily correct the shipping address. Please Contact Us here as soon as possible with the correct shipping information (please include Order Number and current Mailing Address).
MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
Should your order arrive with missing or damaged items, please submit at our Contact Us and include:

We will promptly work to resolve the issues by providing replacements or a refund for missing/damaged items processed within 1-3 business days.
RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS
Non-Custom Order Returns
We accept returns on all new and unused merchandise in its original packaging as long as you contact us within 7 business days of delivery of your order. Returns must be shipped back within 14 business days of delivery.
Any return shipping expenses will be your responsibility.
