RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS

Non-Custom Order Returns
We accept returns on all new and unused merchandise in its original packaging as long as you contact us within 7 business days of delivery of your order. Returns must be shipped back within 14 business days of delivery.

Any return shipping expenses will be your responsibility.

Non-Custom Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation. Please Contact Us here with such requests and include:

-Mailing Address

Custom Order Returns
We do not accept returns on custom made products. If there are issues with your order, please Contact Us here within 7 business days of receiving your order.

 

    MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

    Should your order arrive with missing or damaged items, please submit at our Contact Us and include:
    -Order Number
    -Mailing Address
    -Missing or damaged items descriptions

    We will promptly work to resolve the issues by providing replacements or a refund for missing/damaged items processed within 1-3 business days. 

     

    REFUNDS
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
